Insurances we accept:
We currently accept United HealthCare, AETNA, Blue Cross Blue Shield, HealthNet Ambetter, Southwest Admin, Medicare, and all AHCCCS insurance plans. It is important, however, to know if our providers are in network with your insurance provider. The best way to know this is to call the insurance before you schedule an appointment if you are a new patient or a returning patient that has received new insurance benefits. Remember, knowledge is power and we encourage all of our patients to know their plan benefits before being seen!
AHCCCS Assistance:
We believe that patients should spend less time worrying about how they're going to afford the care they need. Thats why we conveniently have an AHCCCS liaison in office to help all of our newly pregnant patients apply for AHCCCS. You will set up an appointment with our AHCCCS specialist and she will process your application on site! Unfortunately, applying for AHCCCS does not guarantee that your application will be accepted. It all depends on your household income. If you have any questions about the application process, please call Adilene at extension 652!
